Western Blot: DYKDDDDK Epitope Tag Antibody (AT2108) - Analysis of 40 ug whole cell extracts from HeLa cells transfected with either DYKDDDDK-tagged MBD1 (lanes 1 and 3) or DYKDDDDK-tagged MBD2 (lane 2 and 4). The WB was performed with the DYKDDDDK Epitope Tag Antibody (AT2108) diluted 1:5000 in TBS-Tween containing 5% skimmed milk (lane 3 and 4) or with an MBD1 antibody (lane 1) or an MBD2 antibody (lane 2).
Chromatin Immunoprecipitation: DYKDDDDK Epitope Tag Antibody - ChIP results obtained with the antibody against the DYKDDDDK tag. ChIP assays were performed using Plasmodium falciparium cells stably expressing DYKDDDDK-H2A (blue bars) and wild type Plasmodium falciparium cells (yellow bars). Primer pairs were used for active genes, inactive genes, and variable genes. Sheared chromatin from 1x10e6 cells and 10 ug of antibody against DYKDDDDK were used per ChIP experiment.
