Tested applications

Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Co-Immunoprecipitation (Co-IP), Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP)

suitable for use at 25-40 µL resuspended agarose beads slurry per IP reaction. Optimal amount should be determined by the end user.

1 mL of the product slurry is provided for 25-40 immunoprecipitation reactions

Specificity

Protein A/G agarose beads is suitable for immunoprecipitation of mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, rat IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b and IgG2c, rabbit IgG and goat IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4.

Form

50 % slurry, for example, the size of 1mL is provided as 0.5 mL settled agarose beads in 1.0 mL PBS(10 mM, pH 7.4) buffer with 0.02%(w/v) sodium azide.

Store at 4° C, do not freeze; stable for one year from the date of shipment.
